The ultrasonic signal generator consists of an ultrasonic power amplifier module that converts 50/60 Hz power frequency AC power into super audio for transducer operation and a control module with "system protection monitoring" and "automatic tuning" functions. The control module cuts off the ultrasonic energy in the event of a failure in the ultrasonic cutting process, providing extremely high safety and reliability for the generator and even the entire cutting equipment.
